Helical focusers for Telescope making workshop

A focuser holds the eyepiece and allows it to be moved along the optical axis to achieve a sharp image.
In helical focuser, the drawtube has a helical thread outside.  I have designed them from solid aluminium bars
This design offers a fast & smooth helical  movement, no slop, and backlash free performance, with 2 inch travel. Focusers are machined to very precise tolerances which is necessary to provide accurate alignment, each weighs around 550 grams. These focusers are specially designed for Telescope making workshop. This is a much better option over conventional cheap plastic focusers.
