8" Reflector Telescope built for college

This is a 200 mm (8") f / 7.2 parabolic mirror made by my friend Mr Dilip Kumar, image quality is excellent. Had first light last Thursday, had a marvelous views of Saturn, Orion nebula it also resolved individual stars in M13. Machined cradle rings were developed from solid round aluminum block. Mount is made of 12 mm rubber wood sandwiched on a 12 mm plywood. Optical tube is fitted with Tel rad & 6 x 30 finder scope.
